The Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) Training the Trainers (TTT) course develops surgeons as clinical trainers. Participants will gain an understanding of how adults learn, so that they can plan, develop, deliver and evaluate training effectively. They will also look at the behaviours and attitudes that are essential to the ethical and professional trainer.
